This entrepreneur has demonstrated business success, driven business growth, contributes positively to their community, and serves as a role model for future entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneur must be under the age 40
Business must be located in one of the following counties: Cerro Gordo, Floyd, Franklin, Hancock, Mitchell, Winnebago, or Worth
